About The Role

Here at Middlesbrough Football Club, we are committed to delivering an outstanding matchday experience for supporters who visit the Riverside Stadium. Our Supporter Services Team play a vital part in helping to create a warm, friendly environment.

The Activity Team Members welcome supporters, provide assistance and guidance, and deliver family-focused activities.  They work across key engagement areas, carrying out a range of activities and engaging with supporters.  They create a safe, positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment where our fans feel valued and connected to the Club.

Some of the key areas you may work in are:

Generation Red Family Zone – A family-orientated matchday experience which is perfect for young families and children visiting for the first time, offering multiple activities and opportunities for supporters to get involved and feel part of the Club.

FanZone – An ideal spot to meet up before the match, combining socialising with friends and family with fun competitions and chances to win prizes.

12th Man Bar – Similar to the FanZone, however this area is open in the North Stand after every Saturday home fixture, a place where supporters can have refreshments and chat with their fellow supporters about the match, including competitions to win prizes.

Matchday Sensory Room – A supportive and inclusive space that helps supporters with SEND, and others who may not usually attend home matches, to access and enjoy the matchday experience. Our dedicated team is on hand throughout the day to provide assistance and ensure families feel welcome, comfortable and supported.

Wherever you are working, the Supporter Services Team plays an important role in ensuring that every visit to the Riverside Stadium is a memorable experience!
