About The Role

Purpose of the post:

Ensure all agreements as part of commercial contracts are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

Contribute to commercial sales by securing new deals and renewing existing partners.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver all contractual rights and benefits agreed with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Club Doncaster partners, developing strong and proactive working relationships.
  • Support the Head of Sales in planning, delivering, and monitoring partnership activations, events, match day and event activities.
  • Manage partnership inventories, including branding, hospitality, community engagement, digital and match day rights.
  • Monitor and track the delivery of contractual obligations, maintaining accurate records and reporting to partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications and wider event team members to ensure activations are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Assist with the preparation of partnership review documents and presentations, demonstrating return on investment and value.
  • Support the wider commercial team with partnership sales opportunities, renewals, and upselling where appropriate.
  • Represent Club Doncaster at partner events and networking opportunities.
