About The Role

Purpose
To execute tasks relating to the club's media and marketing operations, taking the lead on a number of tasks related to the latter.
 
Marketing:
  • Manage the club’s LinkedIn profile
  • Communicate key information to supporters using the club’s mail distribution system – MailChimp – staying on top of campaigns, sales, ticketing news and other important information
  • Liaise with the club’s Head of Retail to ensure that key product launches are supported
  • Lead on the management of the club’s Mid-Tier LED advertising equipment
  • Produce content to help drive commercial sales
  • Lead on Partner and EFL commercial activations. ie. Opendorse, Socialie
  • Ensure all partner and sponsorship commitments are honoured – ie. tagging on social media, correct sponsors across graphics, player sponsors on website, in matchday programme and on matchday outputs such as the big screen
  • To ensure that pages relating to the commercial department of the club are kept up-to-date on the website, including hospitality and mascot prices etc.
  • Oversee the updating of Club stationery with relevant sponsorships and logos – letterheads, comp slips and email footers
  • To assist in the proofing and editing of the club’s Corporate Brochure
  • Play an active role in driving sales for the club’s iFollow Millers service through the use of graphics and CRM
  • Explore and feedback the latest opportunities to monetise the club’s video output across all channels
  • Complete marketing reports for social media ad posts, as requested by the EFL, external partners and club Partners
  • Management of any content required to be published on the television screens around AESSEAL New York Stadium
  • Liaise with external operators of the club’s big screen to ensure that all adverts are up-to- date

Media:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the club’s media and communications operation
  • Assist in producing content for the club’s website, social media channels and matchday programme
  • Support the matchday operation of the media department (both home and away) with a keen emphasis on helping to increase the volume of content that the club produces
  • Produce content for the club's official social media channels to be published both throughout the week and on matchdays
  • Assist in writing content for the club's official matchday programme
  • Assist in filming and editing content for the club's official YouTube channel
  • Assist in writing and publishing content on the club's official website
