Job Outline:
Working as part of Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation’s Administration and Finance Team, the role will provide efficient and professional support across a range of functions. This includes managing bookings and enquiries, supporting recruitment and HR processes, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
The role is central to maintaining effective systems and communication, enabling colleagues across the Foundation to deliver high-quality programmes in line with our mission.

Role Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and payments
- Manage booking systems using online platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly
- Support recruitment processes, including processing applications and coordinating candidate interviews
- Process internal requests for complimentary matchday tickets and other experiences
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees
- Maintain and update the events calendar
- Distribute and monitor employee kit
- Manage office supplies and stock levels
- Provide administrative support to the Management team, including occasionally at our Herlingshaw site
- Administrative Support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection and health & safety standards, undertaking training as necessary
- Promote inclusive practices, adapting resources to ensure equal opportunities for all
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required
