- Deliver sessions to develop our pre-academy age groups in line with our coaching philosophy and curriculum.
- Manage match days, both home and away when needed, ensuring players are fully prepared.
- Contribute to informed decisions on player progression through feedback and reviews in collaboration with department leads.
- Enforce player and parent code of conducts.
- Embody the academy core values and guide players in maintaining them in and out of the environment.
- Participate in all CPD opportunities, both within and outside the club, to enhance coaching quality and keep qualifications up to date.
- Undertake and commit to all Safeguarding and EDI commitments
- Level 2 / UEFA C qualified
- First aid in football (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with these age group players, preferably in an Academy or Development Centre
- Safeguarding certificate
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Experience of previously working in EPPP or Academy environments
