Salary

Variable Hours

Development/Elite Centre Lead Coach- £17.40 per hour

Boys, Goalkeeper and Girls Only Camps Lead Coach- £15.00 per hour

Soccer Schools Lead Coach- £12.50 per hour

Match Day Experience Lead Coach- £17.40 per hour

 

Development/Elite Centre Assistant Coach- £13.40 per hour

Boys, Goalkeeper and Girls Only Camps Assistant Coach - £13.00 per hour

Soccer Schools Assistant Coach - £10.00 per hour

Match Day Experience Assistant Coach- £13.40 per hour

 

Junior Coach- In line with national minimum wage

Role Summary

 

This role involves coaching for our Boys or Girls Youth Development programmes where you will support and deliver sessions to locally gifted & talented players aged between 6-16.

Our sessions take place at various locations in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.

Key Job Outcomes

 

  • Plan and deliver coaching sessions that follow the club/programme philosophy
  • To record attendance accordingly for every session.
  • To work closely with the youth development team and wider club staff to ensure safeguarding standards, policies and actions are implemented/maintained appropriately.
  • To work closely with other coaches and Programme Managers to identify top-performing players that could be suitable for player progression.
  • To complete at least two reports per season, giving players and parents relevant feedback on their performance within our Youth Development centres.
  • To coach and support with trials, home first team fixtures, other programme fixtures and holiday camps.
  • To complete the required timesheet process.
  • To undertake appropriate CPD as per EFL, FA and Club rules.
  • To complete any other duties as deemed reasonable by the Programme Manager and or Head of Female Football and Boys Youth Development.
