About The Role

Role Purpose
To support and drive matchday hospitality sales activity, ensuring revenue targets are met as outlined by the Head of Sales/Deputy Head of Hospitality.  This role is also responsible for delivering an exceptional client journey, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow up, ensuring the highest standards of the client journey.
 
Main areas of responsibility
  • Manage sales, administration and co-ordination of Hospitality Lounge and Executive Box packages.
  • Answer hospitality enquiries via phone, email or walk ins.
  • Pro-actively follow up with clients post-matchday to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Responsible for the hospitality ticketing system, including invoicing and taking payments in collaboration with a colleague.
  • Responsible for match-by-match customer journey.
  • Organise and allocate corporate guest parking for matchdays.
  • Communication with all seasonal hospitality members including updates, special offers and feedback forms.
  • Oversee the final room checks before each matchday and liaise with the Operations team.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Complete show rounds of hospitality suites in a professional manner, gaining the most from the clients visit.
  • Handle customer comments, including complaints, promptly and professionally, demonstrating genuine care and concern under the guidance of your line manager.
  • To co-operate and communicate with all colleagues and managers to ensure effective departmental teamwork and high morale.
  • To complete daily tasks to monitor all enquiries and track conversions each day.

Desirable Requirements
 
Qualifications
  • Qualification in a hospitality related field.
Experience
  • iVvy training is preferred, however, full training will be provided.
  • Previous experience working in hospitality within a sporting industry.
  • Experience working in customer service, account management or sales.
