Youth Development Phase Academy Coach

Key duties include but not limited to:

• Support development of Academy Players.
• To be available for all internal CPD and keep relevant FA qualifications up to date.
  Support the needs of the lead Coach and assist in training sessions and games when instructed.
• Maintains 95% attendance throughout the season.
• Confirms attendance from every training session and match on ’Spond.
• Such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist the Lead Coach.

Qualifications:

• UEFA B Qualification.
• Hold an up to date FA Safeguarding children qualification.
• Hold the FA Emergency First Aid Level 1 qualification (IFAiF) within the last 3 years.
