About The Role

JOB PURPOSE

Working in STōK Cae Ras on match days and events, you’ll be reporting into our Hospitality Supervisors, ensuring that all our customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Matchday Receptionist/Front of House

  • Be a warm and welcoming presence on a matchday (or other events) when people arrive for their hospitality experience
  • Scan tickets as appropriate
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of service to all customers
  • Deal with customer requests and queries efficiently.
  • Abide by and enforce all licensing laws including Challenge 25.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.
  • Other duties as required.

Bar staff

  • Preparing the bar areas for service and assist in keeping the bar and front of house area clean and tidy.
  • Preparing requested drinks orders made by other members of the team.
  • Taking orders and serving drinks and occasionally food to customers.
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of service to all customers.
  • Deal with customer requests and queries efficiently.
  • Stock control and rotation throughout service including stock transfers and waste.
  • Operating tills and the use of hand-held ordering systems.
  • Abide by and enforce all licensing laws including Challenge 25.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.
  • Other duties as required.

Hospitality Staff

  • Working in the Club Hospitality areas, serving food and beverage (including alcohol) items to our guests.
  • Maintain a fast-paced service experience before and throughout the football match/ event.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
  • Take instruction from senior team members to ensure proper stock management/rotation and replenishment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our visitors, providing full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer.
  • Operating tills and the use of hand-held ordering systems.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.
  • Other duties as required.

Kiosk Hospitality Staff

  • Working on our stadium concourse kiosks, serving food and beverages items to our guests.
  • Maintain a fast-paced service experience before and throughout the football match/ event.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
  • Take instruction from senior team members to ensure proper stock management/rotation and replenishment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our visitors, providing full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer.
  • Operating tills and the use of hand-held ordering systems.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.
  • Other duties as required.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In roles serving alcohol, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over

  • Take responsibility and care for the health and safety of yourself and other employees and members of the public who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
About The Candidate

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

             Bar Staff

  • Previous experience of working in a bar

     Hospitality Staff (including Kiosk Staff)

  • Previous experience of delivering customer service in a food environment

ALL Roles

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques
  • Must adhere to the highest standards of health and safety in the course of the role
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good interpersonal and social skills - willing to learn and interact positively with colleagues and supporters
