Response Steward

In addition to the Stewarding role the response role requires you to –

• Be able to respond to incidents.
• Be capable of performing a full body search and bag search.
• Have the potential to defuse situations.
• Perform ejections where necessary.
• Be flexible whilst on duty.

Person specification

• Enthusiastic individual who is willing to develop further.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work within a customer facing position.
• Professional with high standards and integrity.

Desired skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Time keeping
• Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)
• Obtained Level 3 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (optional depending on the role)
• SIA license (optional depending on the role)
• De-escalation skills
