About The Role

Burton Albion FC is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the upkeep, safety and day‑to‑day operation of the Pirelli Stadium and surrounding sites.

This is a full‑time, permanent role, managing planned and reactive maintenance, contractor oversight, health & safety compliance and matchday/event readiness. You’ll work closely with the Stadium Operations team and Grounds staff to ensure the site is safe, welcoming and fully operational at all times.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and public holidays for matches and events (with time off in lieu).

About you:
You’ll have at least two years’ experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within a sports, leisure or public venue, with strong organisational skills and a hands‑on approach. Relevant maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC experience is essential.

An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

  • At least 2 years experience of maintenance management, ideally within a sports or public venue
  • Relevant maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical skills/qualifications

  • Must adhere to confidentiality and data protection procedures at all times.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of the role.
