Stevenage FC Emerging Talent Centre Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to deliver small group sessions to our Emerging Talent Centre squads at Stevenage Football Club, predominantly with our U9-U12 age groups. These sessions will have a technical focus, and will run 5-8pm on Friday evenings, at our Sports Hub. The role includes planning and delivering weekly sessions aligned to the club philosophy, alongside providing feedback and working closely with age group leads across the programme. The role provides opportunities to progress up the Stevenage Development ladder, with our ETC working closely with our Academy setup.

We are looking for highly motivated, talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team at Stevenage FC Sports Hub. Stevenage FC is an ideal club for a passionate and eager coach, who loves the game and takes great pride in the professional development of young players and themselves. We are looking for an individual with extensive technical knowledge, and an ability to transfer this knowledge effectively to our players, through high intensity and competitive sessions. Applicants must hold an UEFA C License, and have previous experience coaching within foundation phase age groups, and ideally hold or be working towards their UEFA B License.

Founded in 1976 as Stevenage Borough Football Club, we dropped the 'Borough' from our name in 2010 when we won promotion to the English Football League for the first time in our history, although it has stuck as our nickname.

We currently play in Sky Bet League One, the third tier of English football. Our home games are played at The Lamex Stadium, which has a capacity of 7,800 supporters.

Over the years, we have achieved a huge amount in our relatively short history: including 2 FA Trophies, 2 Conference National titles, a League Two Play-Off Trophy & automatic promotion to League One in 2023.
