Youth Development Phase Coach

An opportunity has arisen, for exceptional coaches to join the academy on a part time basis across the  YDP programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for working within the Academy to produce players of value for the 1st team whilst developing well rounded young people. 

Successful applicants will be required to plan, deliver, review and record coaching sessions that complement the coaching programme and work effectively within an MDT to provide a positive environments for players to thrive in. You will also be asked to oversee all aspects of the games programme for their assigned squad. This will include the attendance at training sessions and across the weekend and midweek games programmes.

• - UEFA B Licence 
• - FA Youth Award 
• - Valid EFAIF qualification
• - Valid FA Safeguarding qualification
