You’ll be hard-working and adaptable, thriving both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Player Careand our interdisciplinary team to create a joined-up, holistic approach to every player’s development — on and off the pitch.

Above all, you’ll believe that true development goes beyond football — empowering every individual to discover who they are and reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
The successful candidate will need to hold the following qualifications and experience:
- BEd, BA, or BSc degree or equivalent
- QTS Teaching Qualification
- Background in BTEC delivery (Desirable)
- Background in SEP delivery (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a sporting environment (Desirable)
- Valid & up-to-date Safeguarding certificate & DBS
