About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Service Supervisor to join our Hospitality Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

As a Bar Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the overall guest experience. You’ll be responsible for supervising bar staff and ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for the operational running of the bar, ensuring that staff are fulfilling their duties efficiently and effectively
  • Coach Team Members to deliver the best possible customer service and guest experience
  • Ensuring that venues open and close on time, provide supervision and assistance for till and cashing up procedures, stock control and rotation throughout service (including stock transfers and waste)
  • To train, mentor and motivate staff to the required standard.
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring customer billing is accurate and completed in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety.

 

About The Candidate

CANDIDATES SHOULD

  • Have proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar or hospitality venue.
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Understand health and safety and licensing objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Be available to work on matchdays and events (weekends, evenings and bank holidays)
  • Be professional, friendly and positive, with excellent customer service skills along with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be effective at managing time and working to deadlines
  • Demonstrate good standards of personal presentation.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • Be aged 18+ and be eligible to work in the UK
