- Is knowledgeable and in coaching the technical and tactical Principles of play in the small-sided games format including 5v5, 7v7.
- Support development of Pre-Academy Players.
- To be available for all internal CPD and keep relevant FA qualifications up to date.
- A genuine team player.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist the Lead Coach.
- Maintains 95% attendance throughout the season.
- UEFA C qualified
Rate of pay:
Training sessions: £12.50 per hour
Game day rate: As per band illustration.
Training Sessions: Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm, Friday 4.30-5.30pm, Saturday 11.00am-1.00pm
All sessions are based at New College, Swindon.
Game Day: Variable Saturdays.
