Academy Talent Spotters

Doncaster Rovers Academy are looking for Talent Spotters to assist with the recruitment of players from U9-U18 within the Academy in a voluntary capacity with expenses provided. You will work with the emerging talent lead, and lead phase scouts ensure we are identifying players suitable for the academy, whilst monitoring our scholars and young pro’s on loan across the non-league pyramid. We will also be identifying potential players in non-league to join our PDP. The successful candidates must be in full time higher education,

- Knowledge of local and regional football across U9-U18 age groups.

- Must be in full time education (Degree programme with a link to talent ID)

- Enthusiasm to gain experience in recruitment in an academy. 

- Self-motivated and committed.

- A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator.

- Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team and Academy.

 - A people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Computer literate.

- FA Talent ID Level 1 

- FA Safeguarding Children qualification (essential)

- A valid driving licence
