Millwall Football Club Fan Advisory Board

Our mission is to ensure there is wider representation for Millwall supporters to feel heard, valued and empowered to positively contribute to building a better club each season. A new Fan Advisory Board (FAB) is to represent significantly greater fan engagement, actively encouraging dialogue and transparency to build stronger connections between the club and its fans, and reflect our shared passion and commitment to making a positive difference for Millwall Football Club and its supporters.

The FAB will contribute opinions and discussion points around a range of off-field matters, including:

• Strategic planning and club objectives
• Business operations and matchday experience
• Stadium-related topics
• Community outreach and heritage preservation
• Equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives

Note: Footballing and on-field decisions are not within the FAB’s remit.

1. Strong Club Connection
A dedicated supporter with a solid understanding of the club’s culture and regular engagement, whether local or international.

2. Representativeness
Able to represent a diverse range of fans across different ages, backgrounds, and supporter types.

3. Communication Skills
Clear, respectful communicator who can listen, contribute, and share feedback with the wider fanbase.

4. Constructive Approach
Collaborative and solution-focused, with a basic understanding of club operations and governance.

5. Integrity & Professionalism
Respected, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality when needed.

6. Commitment
Willing and able to attend regular meetings and actively participate over the agreed term.
