Placement Description:
As a Scout Volunteer, you will attend weekly matches and training sessions within the local and surrounding areas to spot talented players who align with our Academy’s recruitment profile. You'll help build a player database, develop strong relationships with grassroots and professional clubs, and support the continuous improvement of our Academy programme.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must be over the age of 18.
This volunteer role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in talent identification within a professional football environment while playing a key part in discovering and supporting the development of young players.
