Academy Kit coordinator

An opportunity has been created, for an enthusiastic person to join the academy as academy kit coordinator on a volunteer basis from July 2025. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the  team based across Cantley park and the Eco power stadium, working alongside the 1st team kit man and will be responsible to:

• Ensure all match kit is washed, dried, and stored after fixtures.
• Ensure all match kit is distributed and collected for home and away games across the academy
• Printing of kits (Numbers on match shirts as necessary).
• Printing of logo’s on match kit and training kit
• Assist with updating and monitoring kit inventories in a timely manner to ensure professional standards and requirements are met.
• Coordinate the academy boot room and lost property for recycled boots and kit to younger players in the academy
• Work to all safeguarding standards when transporting staff and players, ensuring excellent knowledge of safeguarding practise.
• Ability to meet the travel needs of the post

Qualifications

• FA Safeguarding
• FA EFAIF (or willingness to complete)

Experience

• Understanding the demands of football and academy football programme
• Good organisation and working to timelines
• Positive person skills and ability to work in a team effectively
