About The Candidate

  • An in-depth understanding of women's football, including tactics, training methodologies, and player development.
  • A strong communicator who is personable and approachable. You will be able to build and maintain relationships with players and staff with a collaborative approach to work.

  • Passionate about women's football and dedicated to achieving team success.

You will have experience within Women’s football and always prioritise player development through the creation of a positive environment that nurtures our layers. With a professional and attentive approach, you’ll ensure players needs are met, proactively planning for every eventuality. The role will ensure that the Club adheres to its League obligations, ensuring that the coaching programme operates with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. The role will be key in taking the Lionesses to the next level, focussing on creating a first-class player experience and setting high standards across every element of a player’s journey.
