Part Time Lead Pre-Academy Scout

• To specialise in the recruitment of players within a designated geographical area.
• Ensure that the Club is represented at local fixtures, festivals and tournaments.
• Create and develop links with local clubs, coaches and teachers.
• To fill in reports on teams watched via the Air Table Form.
• To fill in scouted player reports via the Air Table Form.
• Implement and adhere to all Club policies and practices relating to the recruitment of players.
• Represent Crewe Alexandra in a professional manner at all times
• Attendance of all CPD and meetings where possible
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment at all times in accordance with the clubs health and safety policies.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Pre-Academy Lead Coach.

• Has to reside in the county of Cheshire.
  • Clean, valid driving licence
  • DBS Checked
  • FA Safeguarding award
  • Knowledge of grassroots football within the local area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working within a professional football environment at Academy Level
  • Talent ID Level 1
