Hospitality Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and determined Hospitality Executive to join our business and perform a key role within Coventry City Football Club.

Within the role of Hospitality Executive, the successful applicant will be responsible for the sale, administration and delivery of premium hospitality experiences and matchday events.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Hospitality Lounge and Executive Box sales, administration and delivery
• Answering hospitality enquiries via phone and email
• Responsibility for hospitality ticketing system, invoicing and payments
• Providing administration support to the Hospitality team.
• Upselling hospitality packages
• Responsible for the seasonal and match by match customer journey
• Organisation of corporate guests parking for match days
• Communication to all seasonal hospitality members including updates, special offers and feedback forms
• Oversee the final room checks before each matchday
• Delivery of lounge matchday experience
