In addition to the Hospitality Steward role the hospitality coordinator role requires you to –
- Organise and manage a security team within a cooperate environment.
- Relay information from the Safety officer to the hospitality staff as part of a briefing.
- Ensure that hospitality staff are conducting their roles adequately.
- Dealing with any issues that occur within hospitality from a safety perspective.
- Working with the chief steward in managing and motivating hospitality staff
- Working with the hospitality manager in staff deployments & Hospitality items
- Ensure that all staff are customer focused and trained for safety including evacuations.
- Be the point of call and direct link to the control room with any issues within hospitality areas.
