About The Role

Academy Pathway Coach Opportunities:

Due to external promotions we are now looking for passionate, skilled and enthusiastic coaches across in and around Northampton within our Emerging Talent Centres across its pathway:

Emerging Talent Skill Centres

Emerging Talent Training Centre

Emerging Talent Squads

These centres run on across a Monday - Wednesday - Friday evenings between the hours of 6-9pm.

Successful coaches must demonstrate a real passionate about teaching children and young people a range of skills on and off the pitch that provides an enjoyable, engaging and an educational learning environment for them to thrive in. This will hopefully allow to progress to the next level of development within our academy pathway.

Flexible & Adaptable

Coach Qualification Framework:

Emerging Skills Centres - FA Level 1 / FA Introduction to Coaching Football Qualification as a minimum requirement*

Emerging Talent Training Centre's - FA Level 2 / UEFA C Qualification as a minimum requirement*

Emerging Talent Squads - FA Level 2 / UEFA C Qualification as a minimum requirement*

About The Club

Northampton Town 'The Cobblers' was founded in 1897 and its men's team who currently ply their trade in EFL League 2. The Cobblers also possess a range of other teams who proudly wear the famous claret and white kit, including its academy, ladies 1st team and a thriving community department too that provides both playing and educational opportunities right across the pathway and remains a focal point of the community!
