Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
• A recognised Goalkeeper Coaching qualification.
• A recognised UEFA coaching qualification.
• Relevant coaching experience within 11-a-side football.
• Experience working with goalkeepers in a competitive football environment.
• A strong understanding of the technical and tactical demands of the modern goalkeeper.
• The ability to plan and deliver structured, engaging and progressive training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, positive and player-centred approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a MDT
• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion and player welfare.
Desirable
• Experience coaching within women's football (FAWNL/WSL/PGA)
• Experience within the FA Women’s National League or equivalent level.
• Previous first-team or senior football coaching experience.
• Experience using video analysis to support player development.
• A strong understanding of the demands and standards required within the women's game.
