The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Partnerships Executive to identify, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities on behalf of the Belles. You'll be selling a genuinely compelling proposition - matchday sponsorship, kit and stadium branding, hospitality packages, and bespoke partnership opportunities - to local businesses, national brands, and everyone in between.

This is a commission-only role, ideal for a confident self-starter who wants to control their own earnings and work flexibly, backed by the credibility and community goodwill of a much-loved football club.

You'll be responsible for:

Proactively identifying and approaching prospective sponsors and commercial partners across Doncaster and the wider region
Pitching and closing a range of partnership packages, from matchday sponsorship to season-long commercial deals
Building genuine, lasting relationships with local businesses who share our values
Working closely with the club's commercial team to tailor packages that work for both the partner and the club
Keeping accurate records of your pipeline and activity

About The Candidate

About You

Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship - sports or media sales experience is a bonus but not essential
A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable picking up the phone and meeting people face to face
Self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to manage your own pipeline and hit targets without close supervision
Genuinely personable, professional, and proud to represent a community football club with national exposure
Based in or familiar with the Doncaster area, with a good understanding of the local & national business landscape within football
