Rochdale AFC is recruiting Part - Time Age Group Coaches at both Foundation and Youth Development Phase Age Groups
Key Requirements of role:
Plan, deliver and review coaching sessions aligned with the Club’s Playing and Coaching Philosophy.
Support the technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social development of Academy players.
Create a positive, engaging and age-appropriate learning environment.
Prepare players for Academy fixtures, festivals and tournaments.
Contribute to Individual Learning Plans and player review processes.
Work collaboratively with Academy coaching, sports science, medical and player care staff.
Monitor player wellbeing, behaviour and safeguarding standards.
Maintain accurate attendance, session and player development records.
Support Academy operational standards and compliance requirements.
Attend Academy meetings, CPD events and in-service training where required.
Promote high standards of professionalism, discipline and conduct.
Represent Rochdale AFC professionally and positively at all times.
Role will require
Work evenings, weekends and matchdays as required.
Promote safeguarding, equality, inclusion and player welfare standards.
Undertake Continued Professional Development relevant to the role.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and Club policies.
Support Academy events, tournaments and Club initiatives.
Undertake any additional duties commensurate with the role.
