We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mixologist to join our Hospitality Team at the Riverside Stadium. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. You will bring creativity, expertise in cocktail making, and a strong eye for detail to craft high-quality drinks that enhance the overall matchday and event experience.

The position also involves overseeing the operations of the bar and ensuring that all staff perform their duties to the best of their ability. You will ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards across all areas. This includes maintaining excellent hygiene, health and safety practices, and supporting effective stock and financial controls.

- Creation of new cocktails and keeping up to date with industry trends whilst ensuring compliance with the Weights and Measures Act and the licencing objectives
- Support the development of new menus
- Ensure all venues open on time and are fully prepared for service.
- Deliver and maintain excellent front-of-house service standards.
- Ensure all cocktails and beverages are presented in line with company standards.
- Complete daily operational paperwork to support the safe and efficient running of the venue, ensuring standards are consistently monitored throughout each shift.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating to management where required.
- Assist with cash handling procedures, including PDQ and contactless transactions.
- Support the training and development of bar staff.
- Complete all required cleaning duties in line with daily and weekly schedules.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory.
