We’re looking for a hands-on, confident and commercially savvy relationship-builder who thrives on ownership and impact. You’ll be the trusted face of Salford City FC for our principal partners. You will be someone who brings warmth, professionalism and strategic clarity to every interaction. With a sharp eye for detail and a creative mindset, you’ll design and deliver standout activations across digital, matchday and community platforms, always ensuring seamless brand integration and premium standards.
You’ll be proactive and data-driven, able to translate performance insights into compelling narratives that deepen engagement and unlock growth. Comfortable in working with a variety of stakeholders, you’ll represent the club with integrity and energy at every event, adapting to the demands of a fast-paced and busy schedule.
You’ll be a collaborative force in this role and you’ll work seamlessly across teams to ensure partner success while contributing to the club’s wider commercial goals. Coordinating across teams, inspiring innovation and championing the club’s values as we build lasting, high-impact partnerships are important.
You’ll be highly organised and capable of managing complex projects with precision and flair, bringing creativity and fresh thinking to every project and partnership. As a natural problem-solver, you’ll be proactive and adaptable, able to navigate fast-paced environments with confidence.
Above all, you’ll bring a genuine passion for football and an excellent understanding of the sports business landscape. You’ll be ready to make a meaningful impact at a club that’s ambitious, progressive and proud of its strong partnerships.
This role requires a degree of flexibility, with occasional evening and weekend work expected to support partner events and key club initiatives. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable adapting to the rhythm of the football calendar and thrives in dynamic environments. Your commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences will sometimes extend beyond standard office hours, and we’ll ensure you’re supported to do so in a way that’s balanced and rewarding.
You’ll need a full, clean driving licence for the role and the ability to travel when needed.
