About The Role

Carlisle United are looking to recruit a Lead Youth Development Phase Coach (12-16s)
 
The main roles and responsibilities - 
 
Participate in and deliver the coaching programme with targets and objectives for all YDP age groups
Manage and organise daily logistics of the YDP - training, fixtures, coach availability, match officials, players and parents
Design, monitor and develop all ILP's for players in the YDP
Be responsible for the completion of departmental KPI's for the YDP

Essential qualifications - 
 
A Licence
FA Youth Award
EFAiF
Full driving licence
 
The position is salaried and will be dependent upon experience
