Split role of Head of Education & Recruitment Analyst.
Responsible for: To lead and develop the Academy’s Education department in line with the clubs strategic objectives and EPPP. Also assist the recruitment of Academy Players and tracking and monitoring trialists.
Head of Education - Designated for 20 hours per week.
Recruitment Analyst - Designated for 17.5 hours per week.

Academy Head of Education
Reporting to: Mark Moss – Academy Manager
Responsible for: To lead and develop the Academy’s Education department in line with the clubs strategic objectives and EPPP. Designated for 20 hours per week.
Location: County Ground
Key duties include but not limited to:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Level 5 qualification
- DBS check
- Relevant experience working within a football environment
Candidates must hold an up to date Safeguarding qualification.
Playing and coaching experience at different clubs
- Previous Teaching experience in a school.
- Previous Teaching experience of a BTEC programme
- Being a team player is essential and having a flexible approach to work
