Women’s Team Goalkeeper Coach

• Have completed a National Goalkeeping Course
• Possess a UEFA B Goalkeeping qualification
• Have goalkeeping coaching experience at Club level
• Be a strong communicator and mentor with a developmental mindset
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
• Maintain a high regard for confidentiality, as this role involves access to privileged information at all levels
• Hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Based at the Training Ground in Hurworth, Darlington, the Goalkeeper Coach is responsible for the technical, tactical, and psychological development of all goalkeepers at Middlesbrough FC Women.

This includes planning and delivering specialist sessions and ensuring seamless integration of goalkeepers into the wider team environment.
