About The Role

This is a role for someone who enjoys working end to end with innovation and continuous improvement, while working in a positive collaborate manner.

As a Business Sales and Marketing Psychologist you will apply psychological principles to improve business revenue through the study of consumer habits and decision-making processes. Working closely with our commercial and sales team 

You will need to have strong communication skills to collect, analyse and present data, as well as to provide feedback and recommendations.

General Description

Main Duties:

  • Conducting research or interviews on consumers
  • Using Analytics tools to learn more about consumers
  • Determining demographic information about a target audience, such as age, gender and location
  • Creating marketing campaigns
  • Creating insight or advice on existing marketing campaigns 
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales departments around new business initiatives. 
  • Apply psychological principles in new product or service marketing.
  • To support and create motivational messaging and create compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Understand how advertising influences consumer behaviour
  • Optimize an advertising campaign
  • Present campaigns across different formats and media
  • Match marketing strategies with target audiences' thinking and behaviour
  • Look for patterns in humans and assess how this relates to their purchase decisions
  • Build relationships with brands, using effective marketing campaigns and brand awareness
  • Develop marketing strategies that favor particular behaviours
  • Use advertising psychology to sell smarter
  • Work with multiple teams to ensure optimisation
  • Creating and implementing solutions to company challenges and problems.
  • Work with teams such as business development to support them in creating solutions and winning bids for new clients
  • Mentoring and coaching other members of the team.
  • Networking and delivering presentations at team meetings etc.

Other Duties

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, social media
  • Reporting safeguarding concerns to the Club Designated Safeguarding Officer.
  • Supporting a culture where everyone is respected and treated fairly in line with the Company EDI commitment statement
  • Complying with any other reasonable instructions as requested by your line manager

Qualifications
  • Marketing or Sales Psychology degree  
  • Knowledge and experience of using a wide range of research methods to investigate and identify best organisational practice
