We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Your key objective is to drive, create and deliver marketing and advertising strategies across areas of the business to help us grow and succeed.
The successful candidate will have passion, knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, advertising and social media platforms with experience/qualifications in marketing and communications within a Commercial environment.
This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. This role is Monday – Friday and is based at the club’s Commercial Street office, or Exercise Stadium. This role also includes working selected home matchdays.
The Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for each area of the business.
- Work with the Management team to create targeted, results driven campaigns.
- Work with other members of the media team to produce and execute digital campaigns
- Oversee the content and production of digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage digital aspects of matchday activities and club events.
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to grow and engage with the fanbase
- Coordinate a digital marketing calendar working with third parties
- Analyse membership data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide reports and statistical data to support reporting and evaluation and to drive business growth.
- Develop or source and manage a CRM system and data analysis tools.
- Implement and Manage an Intranet for staff
- Assist with first team media coverage on occasion if required
- Assist with the overall population and management of the club’s various websites and social media platforms
