Leyton Orient is a thriving community focused professional Football Club based in Leyton. The club has Men and Women First and youth teams, Boys Academy and special purpose Registered Charity which helps improve life chances.
Leyton Orient aims to be inclusive, welcoming, championing and pioneering, helping it be the best possible on and off the pitch building a sustainable and viable club helping it to continue to serve the diverse communities in Leyton, Waltham Forest and beyond for generations to come.
To help achieve this Leyton Orient has put in place a long-term plan to raise business standards and how it supports and develops employees and engages with residents, supporters, businesses and wider public partnerships.
To date great strides have been made in improving Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion standards and helping become more environmentally friendly. Leyton Orient however recognises that there is more to be done in each of those areas and is therefore seeking a Standards Manager to lead, develop, deliver, maintain and improve standards and needs someone who is passionate, knowledgeable and skilled in joining Leyton Orient on a full-time basis.
Leyton Orient Trust operates as a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. The Trust delivers a range of engagement and development programmes to communities based in Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Redbridge.
